Pipeline construction

When the customer received the goods and conducted an on-site inspection, they found that the ductile iron pipes had excellent appearance quality, with straight pipe bodies and no cracks, sand holes or other defects. In the subsequent construction process, some pipelines need to pass through complex geological areas, including soft soil foundations, rock layers and busy traffic sections.

Ductile iron pipes, with their high strength characteristics, successfully withstand the pressure from the soil above, the dynamic loads of ground vehicles, and the mechanical shocks that may occur during construction.

In the long-term monitoring after the project was put into use, the pipelines did not show any deformation or damage, which fully demonstrated its excellent durability, provided long-term and stable protection for the city's water supply system, and greatly reduced the cost and frequency of subsequent maintenance.
